I assumed it was because they come from different fulfillment centers or stores. I don't know why, but sometimes Macy's will ship part of an order via USPS or UPS and part via FedEx, and FedEx is always at least four or five days later than the UPS or USPS. Given the state of the USPS, it's not really saying something good if they're more reliable than Fed Ex!</p> <p>But I'm sorry about your package. Not impressed. My current order of 4 items is missing, none of the items are still in stock in my size. </p> <p>When I called I was told that they would credit me for the missing package after it was missing for at least nine business days. Yikes. I would actually call this the bare minimum in Customer Service, and am a little surprised they aren't using UPS or FedEx! </p>
