I bought some leggings in San Francisco and returned them in Seattle when I realized I had bought the wrong size. They exchanged them for the correct size. If you purchase something and wear it (shoes, for example), the item cannot be returned. I don't know what the policy is if you buy something that then falls apart after one week, like the strap on a handbag. The receipt says customers have 30 days to return items. And the receipt must accompany the return. I got a pair of Paige Premium jeans at the NYC gathering last month, but they have grown a full size on me and I am pretty disappointed. I can't afford to have mistakes in my wardrobe. I would gladly exchange them for a size down if they had them in stock. Otherwise I will just have to sell them on ebay. Would regular Nordies take them? </p>
