It is worth the wait if it is a piece I really want but do not need right away. I think I have been very spoiled with Amazon and Zappos. Macy's has worked well for me the last couple of years. They have had offerings that fit both my style needs and my pocketbook. And their shipping times have been reasonable. I find the shipping times to be reasonable, but definitely not fast. I echo the comment about returns taking awhile in store (and if the items are shipped from another store you must have the receipt otherwise it takes them AGES to be able to pull it up the return - often a manager must be called). And the prices are all over the place for sure. I usually add things to my cart/wishlist and watch them go up and down until I think it's a good price. </p> <p>I've gotten especially good deals on designer handbags, shoes, boots and jeans. They take returns for 90 days so you still have plenty of time to return. I agree that they would be not such a great idea for holiday shopping even this early. </p> <p>I've had great luck with Macys&nbsp;in general, I find some of their quality is fine and some is horrible, and the delivery times are&nbsp;quite good, but I've had 2 issues:</p> <p>1)&nbsp;the SAs have to go through a lot to do returns in person so it takes a bit of time.
