				<description>&#060;p&#062;If they're going to cancel something, they should at least let me know. I should receive an email about it, and there should be a slip of paper or something inside the bag or box. I received neither; just one pair of pants. I had to dig to find out what happened, and how I'd get my $ back. I don't like that kind of shopping experience, even if we did save a lot of $.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I gave my email address, which is the same as what's on my Nordstrom account and on my order, to the customer service rep on the phone.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;After 2 phone calls and 3 emails to Customer Service, I finally got the credit I'm entitled to, assuming it goes through. I have to keep checking my credit card account.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've never ordered anything from Nordstrom Rack, only Nordstrom, which has fantastic customer service.  The one thing I was wondering is, are you sure they had your right email address?  Is it possible they sent an email but it went to the wrong address?  Also, have you checked your spam file?  I've had important email show up there.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I've had items cancelled but they always inform me via email, usually before the rest of the order even ships.&#038;nbsp; And the refund is always processed at the same time as the email.&#038;nbsp; I've never had the order arrive without the canceled item already being refunded.

We only received one pair, and when I checked the order details online, it said that the other pair had been &#034;cancelled,&#034; but the $ total is still the same. I then called customer service, and was told that it takes a while for them to adjust the price. I'm rather irritated because I never received an email about it, and there was no paperwork in the package. I had to search for the information, and now I'm having to wait for a refund.
