In my experience the stock is never the same. You may see a couple of the same items, but the store won't have it all. One think I like to do to see if they carry what I want is to select the "Pick up in store" option, plug in my zip code, and see if the store has it. Too many times I find out that the store doesn't have what I want! They can always transfer it from another store, but that takes time.

I leave for the US/Canada on Wednesday and am just trying to plan my shopping tactics for the 1/2 day I get in Boston to shop.

I just clicked on the link that I get to the right for Nordstrom dresses under $150 and have seen a number that I like. If I go to the Nordstrom in Boston, what is the likelihood that they will have mostly the same stock as the website? I am of course not expecting them to have exactly the same, but wanted to work out whether I should get excited or not about a couple of the dresses that I have seen.

Packing for this trip is not fun - we have the combination of a couple of days in Boston, a wedding in Ottawa, a kayaking trip in Bar Harbor and some time on Cape Cod.
