				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ok. My intent to start this blog was to sort of be a &#034;whistleblower&#034; to have other people check their notes to be sure they were getting as promised. I didn't mean to sound &#034;self-righteous&#034; in stating my sister and I are Level 4 customers but to say we are loyal customers of Norstrom. And I do want to let people know that I feel this is stealing from a loyal customer so yes I will NOT be shopping at a business that I feel is being dishonest to me. And I don't think that is unreasonable in any way shape or form. If any further negative comments are written, I'll delete this post and write on another webpage to notify of this issue. Peace

But if they sold their card service to another bank then it would not surprise me if they discontinue the notes. They have been making many changes this year, their sales for example, so I imagine this is a bottom line business decision.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Ok ladies, just to follow up.&#038;nbsp; I called and left a message for Blake Nordstrom in Corporate my frustration with the points yesterday and then received a call back from Nordstrom Card Services.&#038;nbsp; To me, this was almost a slap in the face because I feel someone with Nordstrom Corporate should have called me back and followed up with my issue not the card services.&#038;nbsp; As to what Susie said, their statements ARE CONFUSING and the REWARDS portion on the statement is BEYOND CONFUSING.&#038;nbsp; There should be somewhere on the statements itemized to show your points.&#038;nbsp; What, are they trying to make it confusing so they don't give you points you deserve??!!&#038;nbsp; I am figuring I have probably not received over $600 in notes this year and if Nordstrom CORPORATE doesn't want to hear my issue and wants to pawn a Level 4 customer off onto their card services then I (as well as my Level 4 sister) are done shopping with Nordstrom!

Actually, they owe me real money because I paid my bill before receiving some items I later returned. All in all, I'm going to quit using the card. It is so much easier to use a regular card, where returns get absorbed in other expenses. I'm not sure the notes are worth the hassle, as my regular credit card gives perks too.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;

&#060;p&#062;My gripe is with their statements. Since all of my orders are online, I don't know what department they are from but that's how they are listed on the statement. So it's hard to tell if returns are properly credited. &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had to call nordstrom online, through phone, and message center to get the points I hadn't gotten. &#038;nbsp;I shopped on a 10 point day and they told me their system had a glitch. &#038;nbsp;Well, how come I had to call at least 10 times to fix it. &#038;nbsp;And when I called and called, they always had a different story. &#038;nbsp;I still haven't gotten my points, but they confirmed to me that I would get them on my next statement cycle. &#038;nbsp;Then I noticed I haven't gotten my 1 point for every dollar spent at other places like my energy bill. &#038;nbsp;I have decided to find a different rewards card since nordstrom doesn't seem to want to honor their system. &#038;nbsp;I'm very upset.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I hate that Nordstrom's and many other stores link all customer loyalty privileges and rewards to bank and credit cards. I don't want lots of credit cards and decided not to do a Nordstrom's card after my husband had a serious security breach at a b&#038;amp;m store.  I spend a lot of my wardrobe budget at Nordstrom and wish that was enough to accumulate an occasional perk. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The fact that they are not good at the linkage is a validating counterpoint to my chagrin as I wait for NAS access. These cards must represent a significant profit percentage to the stores.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes, I have had trouble with my Nordstrom notes too. &#038;nbsp;Unfortunately, I wasn't keeping real close track of my points and how many I should actually have, but I was shocked when I finally called customer service (about 6 months ago) and was told that I had approximately 1800 points less than I could have swore that I had! &#038;nbsp;Then, a couple of weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying that they had failed to process some of my points (didn't say how many points) and they would be calculating my new points total and notify me of my amount - that was 3 months ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. &#038;nbsp;When I look at my on-line account, my points total has not changed this entire year - inspite of the many times I have used my Nordstroms card for purchases this year - so I really don't know what is going on. &#038;nbsp;
