There is a small sticker under the original shipping label that has a number on it which is used for returning. That's happened before which I though might be when fulfilling from a specific store, and I just printed a copy of my order to enclose, but my printer wasn't working this week. Also I notice on order review, it has a box to check if you want your return. Are you supposed to check the box online and just return the items in mail without any paperwork?</p> <p> I can get to another printer soon, but just wondering if is something new. </p>
