They have hors douvres (sp?) and champagne and there's live music. I think Nordstrom card holders get ten points per dollar spent or something like that. Only the best sales associates work that evening, so you get special attention. Everyone dresses up and it's festive and holiday-ish. If you work with a specific sales person, he or she will put things aside for you. Definitely worth going to!
