Tops like that, which are short but banded, on my pear shape, ride up too high the instant I move my arms, and I have to keep tugging them down. I think it might work with a high-waisted skirt but not with most pants. ? sizing up? may not work as it appears okay size in the upper part and armholes. I have gone to a more fluid-boxy shape in my shorter tops for that reason and because that feels more modern to me right now, but the winds may shift at any moment!
