Cat's are a pain aren't they... but even worse than cat hair is people hair-after a haircut, everything itches!

LOL, Rae!

Except in my case, padding might be the more accurate answer!

Dianthus- you're right, It is far better to be in a well fitting bra than an ill fitting one.
Janet-that's odd that Chantelle bras dig into you breastbone. The bra I got (and admittedly the only bra in my size that I tried on) didn't poke me at all. A band size up however (32F) poked...

LOL I totally understand! I just did the same this week, after some weight loss (1-2 dress sizes). I've worn everything from a 36C to a 34D only to find that I am now a 32DDD! Even though I have definitely lost weight from my breasts, and I am by no means top heavy!

I only learned recently that the cup size measurement is dependent on the band size (ie, a D cup for a 38 band is a very different thing from a D cup for a 30 band).

Chantelles are beautiful. Too bad they dug into my breastbone so badly. I ended up with three new Natoris that are the most comfortable bras I've worn in ages.

A bra is a bra is a bra...

I didn't think your message came across as angry at all. I'm glad to hear you found a bra that fits well. I have worn sizes ranging from a 34B to a 36C over the years and now wear a 30F or 32E depending on the brand and style. It is much better to be in the right size.

"What's in a bra? That which we call a busom would by any other name would be just as difficult to fit."
-Blatantly stolen from William himself.

Oy vey. I got myself (and my mum) fitted at Nordie's yesterday-and the results?
I. Was. Right.
*the following is to be said in a hushed whisper*
there's a conspiricy to keep women in ïll fitting bras so they keep coming back to buy more, More, MORE!! Muah-ha-ha.

Oh-kay, enought silliness.
I, dear ylf-ers, am currently wearing what I believe deserves to be the "Wackiest Bra Size Name Ever Contest Winner" .
30G. Chantelle. $way-too-much. Black, convertible straps(normal to halter to racerback).

I am not poked, prodded, rubbed, dropping, sore, slipping or shlumping.
Shlumping being what you do when you're self conscious of your chest and wearing an ill-fitting bra.

On the unfortunate side of things, I have ahead of me 5-10 years where I can grow to further (rediculous) proportions.
Oy vey.

(This is mostly a thank-you, but I came out sort of angry... but thanks, really, I mean it!)
