EEK!) and saw it yesterday online for a big discount. I called the toll-free number posted on the website and the nice gal told me since I had purchased it in-store that I needed to talk with CS at that store. She then transferred me, and by phone I had it all taken care of. You could either call your store's CS or call the department where you bought the item(s) directly.</p> <p>ETA: Cross-posted, sorta, with you, Maya.
