Shevia, the pink sweater is from Macy's (last year). It reminded me of something Laura Petrie (Dick Van Dyke Show) would have worn in the early '60's. Deborah, I love Beverly Like Hills - she always styles her ankle pants beautifully. Neel, I'd love to see how you wear your ankle pants, I'll bet it's gorgeuos! Lyn67, I've seen ankle pants in all different lengths, but I think the most common is about 1 to 2 inches above the ankle - not really sure on this. I think yours look fine. I have just bought some ankle pants in a teal (dark green) brocade and just loved them on me.  I am planning to keep them for evening wear. They are so comfy and kind of flatering on me as they skim my fleshy tights but they are  also greatly tapered and cuffed(!) to hem showing of some of my bodie's slimmest parts(my ankles:-)) but still,  they are a bit longer then yours...   Even Angie recommends low contrast footwear I plan to wear them with some black 1" block heeled flats -and to my eyes, these also work (but again- for evening wear). Do not want to hijack your thread:-), but may be I should post them for K/R first? I know they don't get a whole lotta love here on the fourm, but I figure I'm 5'8" of mostly legs so hopefully I can carry it off without looking too stumpy. These are red and navy plaid, and I wore them with a light pink sweater top. I have seen the lengths of these all over the place, so I figured I'd leave them alone for now.
