It was interesting to see open-source software in there. I lead a medium-sized open source project. Last week, we found out that a very large and influential open source group decided to name their next product the same with us. It is a small disaster and we can't do anything about it. Interesting to note that fashion, along with other "creative idea" enterprises has NO protection in terms of "copying". It does pave the way for many of us to have those looks that we might not otherwise be able to afford and, I think, helps provide inspiration as we search out our personal style---finding those "looks" that speak to us so we can make them OURS. What do you think about this?
