You look fantastic in these Elle. I think with skinnies, if you are wearing them AS skinnies, you want a fairly snug fit. Most of them stretch out and then they will indeed be sliding down.

And for the record, I can't imagine you would EVER have muffin top. You look amazing.

Oh & if anyone is interested in these jeans the blue denim fit differently. The 25 in blue is slightly bigger than 26 in olive, though not as big as 27 in olive.

These have an 8 1/2" rise I think. Anyway they are looser at top & tighter in the leg. This makes it better for me as I usually have muffin top in jeans. The only question is, are they too skinny in the leg? The next size up is too big at the top. I could wear these at home tonight to see if they stretch out a bit.

If anyone is interested they are the Vince welt pocket skinny. They come in dark olive & blue denim & are on sale as part of NAS. I know Shiny was interested in 9" rise. I think they are listed as that but maybe that is for a bigger size than I have.

I have plenty of relaxed sized up skinnies since I lost weight so I am not looking for that in these jeans.

I bought the blue denim as well, after swearing off it due to it rubbing off on things. I don't want to ruin burberry belt or coat or be stuck wearing only black handbags. I bought them anyway in case they discontinue the style before making them in other colours.

Pic 1 & 2 size 26
Pic 3 size 27, they don't look too big but feel like they will slide down as I wear them.

It seems all skinnies are super skinny these days, like down the calf area. I used to buy ones that were still skinny but not as skinny, but then they had a lower rise & muffin. I can't win.

Sorry for the sports bra shot but I wanted to show the lack of muffin for those who have the same problem as me with jeans. I will take these pics down eventually.
