I sized up so my orthotic insert would fit and they are perfect. I had an issue with the laces but Angie straightened me out <a href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/ask-angie-and-all---how-do-you-tuck-sneaker-laces" rel="nofollow">here</a>. The laces were too long to tuck so I went and bought shorter laces. The white pair have the longer laces and a bow. Ver sloppy looking to me. The black pair I switched out the laces and the 'lace tuck' worked perfectly.</p> <p>Suz, I love the heel on these sneakers. Does Amazon ship to Canada?</p>
