It’s such a lovely color, if you think the alteration will work, I say go for it! The gap is not too severe here. Last week I decided to go through and sort all my files and many photos. Turned out to be a much more time consuming and energy-intense job than I imagined.&nbsp;</p> <p>The sleeveless polyester top from N&amp;Z arrived. First time I tried it on I didn't like it--armholes are high enough but too wide at the underarm. I was going to send it back because I didn't like it with the jacket, so I didn't iron it. I tried it on again today and liked it better. Also, my local laundry/alterations shop is going to open up for mornings only this week. I don't know if Effie will do alterations, but I could pin it and drop it off so I wouldn't have to try it on there. She completely shut down mid-March.</p> <p>Q. Is it too big? Does it look good with the jacket? It does have a pleat in front to hid belly and is taken in a bit in back for better shape.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an M, the N&amp;Z knit tank tops I get in an L. (Lands End tanks I get in an S!) Should I exchange the N&amp;Z M for an S? I don't relish the thought of a polyester top fitting too close at the bust line or underarm.</p> <p>Also tried it with light navy N&amp;Z tank from last year. I like this better.&nbsp;</p> <p>And a Court &amp; Rowe knit shirt top I found while looking for more striped tops. This brings my total to 3. I need more.</p> <p>Never mind the black bra I have on today. I'm back in my dark blue sweater for my Zoom class that starts in an hour.</p>
