I love and appreciate this community so much. Spent some time with my MIL this afternoon and sorted out her outfit for the funeral. Tonight I have organised and packed Master 10 who is going away on a school camp tomorrow for two nights. And tomorrow DH and I have some running around to do between the funeral home and the church, but hopefully we will get some quiet time at some point:). Suz, YLF is indeed a happy place for me and while I have cancelled all my commitments next week and am taking time off work, I dont want to disengage from all you Fabbers. So I suspect I will be around more than I thought:)</p> <p>We worked out the service details this afternoon and DH is now putting together a multi media presentation for the funeral. Other than that we are keeping it pretty relaxed for the weekend and making ourselves as available as possible to DH's family. There is quite a bit of drama and dysfunction in this part of the family at the best of times so we are navigating carefully:). </p> <p>DH is doing well and his BIL is so appreciative that he is handling all the arrangements. We are taking Sunday morning off church (DH's work) as he felt he would struggle with so many people asking how he was doing etc. I personally find that very heart warming but he finds it a little overwhelming.</p> <p>My MIL is doing well but I can see she is wearing herself out mentally involving herself in family matters that are unlikely to change, so we are trying to support her and get her to slow down a little (with not much success :))</p> <p>DH has taken his suit to the cleaners, Master 10 will be on school camp and we have decided to not bring him home for the funeral and I will probably take look in the closet and work out what to wear this afternoon.
