It must be a democratic process!</p> <p>Perhaps the judges should be those who don't know any of us personally? But they also have to appreciate different style personas, colors, budgets, etc than what they like, if that makes sense...so there is no bias towards modern classic v. boho, for example, or bright colors v. neutrals. Tall order!</p> <p>Coming up with a challenge that works for everyone and isn't terribly generic is hard! I thought about something along these lines (I love this blog, btw), but I know most of you might be a bit reluctant to wear the same thing out every day! Having participated in all the theme ones, I know it can be a time commitment we all may not have this month. </p> <p>For scheduling, maybe one one-time every 4-5 days? If it's a series of challenges, I'd set them maybe a day or two days apart, for as long as it takes to get through the whole thing (like Hanna's Clue challenge). If it's just one big challenge, maybe a week? 2 weeks?</p> <p>A competition sounds like fun, but perhaps it can be an opt-in thing. Being rated in points can be a little intimidating even in a friendly place like YLF, so I wouldn't want anyone not participating for that reason.</p> <p>Sorry if I'm being thick, but what's the difference between setting the challenges and managing them? </p>
