Every boat/waterfront outing has been a freeze-fest for me, and that was not even mid-winter! And was hard on Hair. </p> <p>My idea of great outfit for that involves a long, exotic-looking velvet coat or cloak or something, with&nbsp;discreet thermal somethings underneath,&nbsp;and beautiful opera gloves, and sparkly earrings, or rachy's tiara! It starts at a waterfront venue, then onto a boat to watch the fireworks at midnight. There is no set dress code. I'm sure some people will even show up in jeans (eye roll).<br /> I am thoroughly stumped as to what to wear. I can't repeat the feathered headdress outfit because it will a lot of the same people. Most of my opera dresses aren't really festive enough. I really don't want to buy something that probably won't get worn again.<br /> Some options I'm thinking of<br /> All Saints sequin mini skirt.<br /> All Saints green pleated leather mini.<br /> Galaxy mini dress, must be worn with opaque tights or leggings as it's semi-sheer.<br /> Cream silk and leather moto.<br /> Sass and Bide gold and lace harness. </p>
