They only wanted to give me store credit, so I had another look around. The SA was a bit rude and told me that I had tried on all they had in this style already anyway, but - surprise - I found a pair I hadn't tried and they worked! These are much more comfortable. I had to pay additionally because the old pair didn't cover the cost, but I thought shoes were a good place to start investing in a bit more quality.
