Must be the new "Saks" style shoe emporium. They took over half of the main floor there for shoes. But Jules is right. There is lots of real estate, but not a huge amount of stock! It's sort of weird. I didn't have time to try on, but it didn't look as if I would find my tall boots there. Not with my fussy fit requirements. I still think they need more staff, but they do have handheld devices so they can check on stock and order your pair up. Mine took about 10 minutes, which was a bit annoying since I didn't want to wander too far.
