When I was getting ready to write my blog post, I had to agree with him, but not wanting to give the jeans the credit, I grabbed my measuring tape. &nbsp;I was immensely shocked to discover that my two weeks of working out has resulted in 1 inch off my hips, 1/2 off my waist and 1/2 inch off my chest and each thigh... Oh my , did I do a happy dance! &nbsp;The scale had only moved 3 lbs last week and none this week , so I was frustrated...I will take the measuring tape over the scale anyday. &nbsp;58 days until I cruise to Bermuda , so continuing on with daily cardio and strength training. &nbsp;</p>
