With the grey skirt it may depend on whether or not the fabrics and greys of both pieces will play well against each other more than the skirt shape. I have a knit jacket that works very well for travel, but I don't really love it for wear in my regular life...I wonder if this fit that same category. It does look very nice on you, both open and closed. These types of jackets aren't that easy to come by: travel friendly and very versatile so they can be dressed up and down. So, I think in that category it's a 10 and you should keep it. The shape is really flattering. I wouldn't be overly concerned about the fabric content. I only want to keep it if it is 10. I am a bit skeptical about the fabric as it is acrylic/polyester/spandex blend but I like that it is a knit fabric so I can use it when traveling.
