However, I got two pairs of jeans from DH as a gift. I think I am keeping them but would like to ask for opinions.</p> <p>Both are CJ by Cookie Johnson, #1 is bootcut (I think it's called Grace), #2-3 straight leg (the style name is Faith, I believe). The first pair is "merlot", the other cobalt. I am unsure about the length to hem them to, especially for the straight leg cobalt jeans. In #2 I folded them under; #3 is their normal length. Also, not sure what style and color shoes would be good with the cobalt jeans - does black look too harsh? I am a bit worried that #1 might stretch too much - they feel very soft - but if I go down a size, the thighs will be really tight. </p>
