The jacket has a bit of texture that I like. </p> <p>LE - I have been pretty much the same size for the last 6-7 years. Also, I guess I have pretty average body type, I can always buy things off the rack with no or minimal alterations. Quite frankly, they were my least favorite pieces but after hearing your comments, I like them!</p> <p>You all have a great eye. I personally didn't realize that the waistband was too big. I think it may look like that because my torso is a bit angled towards the front giving me a pouch belly and making the waistband pop in the front.</p> <p>I am 5'4'' but usually petite proportions are usually wrong for me. I really like the idea of wearing this jacket with skirts. I wouldn't wear the jacket and pants together - if they are a different material, light will hit them differently - even if it looks the same in one kind of light, as soon as you go into another room or outside it may look different... that's my opinion at least - I know of several people who choose to wear different suit items together and not let the slight color difference bother them. :)</p> <p>I like the pants, but they seem a little loose in the waistband area - when you go to get them hemmed, see if there's any room for adjustment there. None of these can be returned or exchanged. I am willing to pay to alter them if necessary.</p> <p>I am modelling everything with a simple white t-shirt and my summer wedges.
