We went on a 3-mile walk through the woods today, on hilly terrain with a trail that was clay with leaves on top. My shoes kept my feet and ankles steady, and were very comfortable. I'll have to try them out before putting insoles in them, though. At any rate, I routinely wear NB and know my size, so I'm hoping these will work.
