I used to wear my hair in a ponytail, and sometimes whiplash my partners across the face if I turned too fast (oops!). No danger of that now, though I did like swishing it around in a dramatic fashion! However I did find I felt hot more quickly, I think because the back of my neck is now covered. </p> <p>Anyway I'll probably experiment with the best way to manage it, but I'm just so glad I went for it. How brave of you to make such a dramatic change!</p> <p>My hair texture is probably similar to yours and I blow dry every other (or sometimes every third day). Once you get used to it, it really takes no time at all if you want to keep the sleek salon look.
