I wore that fringe top with white skinny jeans to a party at my college reunion, and it was my favorite outfit of the weekend, actually. With a jean jacket topper and slip-on black sneakers, since it was daytime. That top is so versatile and so much fun to wear. I love it amped up here with the great sandals and that chic jacket. Really, really sophisticated.
