I think I've excavated most of the site! I'm a mid-40s mom of a 4-year old daughter and middle-school math teacher. I'm short, a little overweight and having fun with fashion. I was a serious frumpster before my daughter was born. I had a very outdoorsy-girl look, which worked in my 20s (maybe?!), but stopped working in my 30s (though I didn't realize it until my 40s!). I love how Angie breaks down new trends, how silhouettes work and how to balance colour and shape. I have learned so much! Right now I'm planning a capsule for a much-needed trip to Mexico for March break (I live in Toronto - holy winter!). Planning this capsule, and buying for it, has got me very excited about finally conquering the "what to wear" question when it's hot and humid here. I've bought a maxi dress and skirt, wide-leg cotton voile pants and shorts! The exclamation mark is intended for the shorts as I haven't felt comfortable in them since my 20s but have realized, finally, that capris are a horror on me. I look forward to actively participating and not just lurking. </p>
