Una - if you're thinking about the warm, thick sherpa-type faux fur, these boots don't have that. It is a rather thin lining that provides more comfort than warmth. I haven't really measured my calves, but these fit more tightly compared to all my other boots. I finally took the plunge ordered these Miz Mooz boots. They are very comfy and cute. My only concern is the bunching around the ankles. My husband assured me that it is completely normal and they look fantastic. I am leaning towards keeping them but I need to make sure that they are a 10 because they were very expensive for me. I am planning to wear them with skirts and dresses. So what do you think? yay = they are a 10, keep! nay = send them back and keep looking!
