I have not tried Aetrex. I have Fryes that are a kind of similar feel; I took the smaller of my two shoe sizes in them. And I love my new Donald J. I've been looking for another pair and I kind of like this Aetrex boot. Has anyone tried this boot - there are no reviews. If not, is there a similar boot that you would recommend? I would wear the boots with skinny jeans. </p>
