This will be my go-to holiday anchor. I have brown and black short tw inset cardis that I can bling up with a brooch, and I will wear semisheer hose and some cute patent leather pumps with bows. I also have a new black turtleneck I can rock under the cardis with this, and a black shawl collar, long sleeve top as well.
