This whisp of a dress is my plan for staying cool this summer. Open- but not gaping- neckline, just enough volume on top to feel breezy, defined waist, short but not too short length... Dressed in a flash! I wore this with a denim jacket before the afternoon heat, and added wedges. This will be in heavy rotation! </p>
