A very cohesive style. I tried on the BR elbow sleeve sweater because of the rave reviews. It fit and felt very nice, but ultimately I haven't been wearing much of this style lately (I have something similar in navy, although it is short enough I can only wear with skirts), so I passed. They have each been washed once and I can already see minor piling. I ordered three and loved them so I duplicated two of the three. The two I duplicated will arrive on Tuesday. I am keeping the three I washed because (1) I do like them, and (2) they fill a definite need in my wardrobe. From here on out I may hand wash them. I probably will not keep the two that arrive on Tuesday though. I will wear what I have and continue to look for the same style at other retailers. So the twelve tops I bought will actually be ten. Still not a bad job for a single month of shopping. These two pants arrived from Nordstorms on Saturday. They are also going back. I feel a little bad about this because I really do feel I need something similar. I just cannot make peace with the tie and gathered fabric around my waist. I feel really unattractive in pants of this design. I thought I might try these jeans that Greyscale posted about. I don't think the 75% cotton will be a problem. It's still a high cotton percentage and they might outlive the other tops. I like navy and black with olive. I also love fushia/magenta with olive and with navy.. Be extra bold and wear the fushia with red pants. Do I need to purchase coordinating items or do I already own what I need to make it work?   NO to ALL PURCHASES. One of my goals for this summer, actually, is to find a classy sun hat -- of course, now I'm not in the desert anymore so it's not such a high-need item. Do spend a lot of days at the beach, though.  Another navy-and-olive fan. Two great neutrals. I'm wearing olive with grey and turquoise today. It's a very versatile color, and I love it best in spring and summer. It feels outdoorsy to me.  I can't wait to hear some reviews of those BR tops. I haven't bought anything new for Spring yet, mostly because I'm not seeing anything I like.  The weather is still so dodgy that it's hard to know what to wear most days.  I'm wondering if I should revisit those BR sweaters and at least try one on. They just looked so fitted and body con when I looked at them .  Sizing up though might take care of that issue.  I'm looking forward to reading about how your collection works for you this season !
