Although I really love that beautiful scarf on you. I think belting it is a great idea, definitely try that. I also like the idea of draping it and securing it with a brooch. I like to use this one knot for big scarves like that, I don't know if it has a name. I just fold the scarf in half and lay it around my neck, then I put one of the ends through the loop, twist the loop under the first end 180 degrees and put the other end through the loop and adjust. It was pretty darn BLAH. I didn't even have much in the way of pattern or textural interest going on. Thank heavens for my red coat. And I have never loved my turquoise workout top as much!! </p> <p>But I did enjoy one outfit and it was a new variation so I'm showing it here. This is the Eileen Fisher cardi that Nancylee sent. I had fun belting it to wear with the cognac boots; it's a different look than worn open. </p> <p>And then, thanks to Sona, I came home to COLOUR! Just look at this gorgeous, sparkly shawl that she sent! Amazing. I put it on right away and since then have been trying to come up with some real outfits for it. Suggestions most welcome. How would you wear a big, beautiful shawl like this? </p>
