I always thought I had wide hips - and wide shoulders - but I didn't connect that that equality (along with a defined waist) made me an hourglass until I joined YLF. You mentioned your chest measurement in relation to your hips, but you might find it more helpful to check your hip width against your shoulder width. I've even gone so far as to measure the width of my shoulders and hips straight across to see how similar they are. You look like a really nicely balanced, feminine hourglass to me.
