I would definetly try out some True Religion jeans. Also Joes Honey. Both are really good. You should have a look!

I have those on my "try" list. But I'm not sure if the 32 in joes would be big enough for a curvy 12. Same on the COH. I'm going to try and get to a nordstrom when I'm visiting my parents in Florida for thanksgiving next week if I can find time.

Welcome to the forum!

Kuts are not at all like David Kahns, but they can fit quite well. Our forum members rock them.

Have you tried Joes Provocateurs? Joes Muse and Joes Honey? Or COH's Ambers. That would be my next premium denim suggestion.

Hope that something works out

I am new and have been reading a lot. You all are wonderful! I am just starting to venture into premium jeans. I have a pair of David Kahn Laurens in petite and I like them a lot, though they are definitely the lowest rise jeans I've ever worn. I am getting used to that but I do have a bit of a muffin top going on at times....ugh. They fit awesome everywhere else, though. I would say I'm an hourglass with major pear tendencies. Though my waist right now is not as defined as it once was since I've had baby #3 10 months ago.
Just got a pair of paige hidden hills, I was dying to try them, and they do not work at all. I'm a 12 bordering on 14 and got a size 34. They are too big/wide in the waist and too small in the thigh. I can get them up and on but overall I can't see trying to make them work so they are not keepers. Any other suggestions for a higher (10+inch) rise jean that has a bit of a relaxed thigh? I don't have a nordstrom anywhere around so it's hard to try on things before ordering....ugh. I saw some suggestions for Kut jeans? How do those compare to David Kahn?
