I don’t know if you have Calzedonia where you live but it’s a store that sells mostly socks, hosiery, legging and beachwear and they’re everywhere here in Europe. They have a great variety of socks in all lengths threadcounts. They come as either a crew or ankle sock. I've only worn the crew sock, which in my opinion does not extend too far up on the calf. It looks like the ankle pair would cover the ankle bone, but I do not know from personal experience. I find these socks to be thinner and soft. I do not care for tight fitting or cushioned socks. The Covid-19 pandemic is only partly to blame for this lack. As it is, I'm travelling soon and am rushing to assemble fresh basics and summer tops. Here's where you come in.  I need your help with socks. I can't shop in-person right now mostly because of time, and I'm blind so can't see the pictures when I order online. So, help a girl out? I want socks thin enough that I can wear them comfortably with boots, booties or athletic sneakers. (though I do have some sportier socks to meet that last need.) These Nordstrom socks are lower in the ankle than I was hoping for.  I don't want a calf length sock, but I do want something high enough to cover my ankle bones. Suggestions?
