Because the top, even though waist-defined, has some volume, I think it will look great with slimmer profile pants. (I can't open the second picture so I can't really tell what you're wearing as bottoms.) The old "big top, skinny pants/ fitted top, full leg pants" equation. For example slim cropped (to just below the knee) jeans or slim light weight black pants, cropped or long. A long necklace will balance out the higher neckline.
