But I do wear them in family functions and all those formal occasions.<br /> If your sis-in-law as I assume is like me thin and petitie, I think straight cut tops just above the knee would look great with slim (churidar) salwars. Punjabi or patiyala salwars tend to make legs look fat and add volume that will make the person even more small.
