I mostly check their facebook pages for comments and reviews, and see if they accept PayPal. That gives some assurance. China and UK have both been major hassles for me, so I think it is a toss up. The most important thing is to check the reviews[ I would hesitate if there were none available. If you pay with paypal your order is insured I believe.
