I am 5 foot 3 inches and have that Eileen Fisher skirt ( at least I think it is the same one.). It is a great year round weight and flattering. Mine is not petite and hits right on the knee. I have also been very happy with past year's Halogen knit skirts. Mine are a heavyweight knit and do not show any lumps and bulges but skim the body beautifully. I have black and some other colors. Again, not petite and I have had the hems let out on mine to gain another inch of length to hit the lower knee and not ride up as much when seated. If this Halogen skirt is the quality of the ones I have, it is a great buy. Either would be easily shortened by Nordstroms.
