As big and bright as they are, they take up a lot of space, literally and visually. I might have 20-25 necklaces, but most of them are not this kind (the ones that are were given to me by my mother, with the idea that I'd wear them). If you wear such huge statement necklaces, people will remember them, so you might not want to repeat much. </p> <p>Anyway, I'm looking for necklace storage ideas, but am not sure hanging them is such a great idea, because it'd stress the thread. They are all in a metal box or a shoe box, some in their original boxes, some are in little satin-lined velvet bags from TCS, some just loose. I went looking for a better solution (while I was looking for boot storage) but most things seem geared to earrings, of which I have two pairs. Some I don't leave out so not to discolor them. It works well to be able to see them. That she made.</p> <p>Great for choosing what to wear. Not as good for the physical integrity of the necklace.
