(Take a look at cosmeticscop.com and Paula Begoun's books and her beautypedia site for reality based advice). I do use Paula' Begoun's antioxidant serum (morning) with Renova in the evening on my neck and face. The serum is more a preventive and to improve skin health and function than for wrinkle or crepey skin repair, but it all helps. In fact all good cosmetics dermatologists say you have to treat any areas that are prone to effects of ageing the same way you do your face, something I was late to learn. I think it works best for more surface type wrinkles, discoloration and texture, not so much deep wrinkles (which it sounds like you don't have) so it might be worth taking a look.
