They tell you here not to wait for an evacuation call or depend on having information and to keep an eye on your immediate situation. As in go outside and look. And in fact, my town pre-evacuated the high hill areas for a pending windstorm one weekend this year... about a month ago. Also, they tell you to have safety goggles...! </p>
