The slip ons are perfect for my life, I'd like to get a pair in leather for fall if I can find the right ones.</p> <p>pil, jaileen&nbsp;- our season starts very early here but the fall season is often better unless we get an early freeze</p> <p>Claire - thank you, you're so sweet - I DO find that some of my woven shirts to be cooler than my tees, especially the ones like this that are very breezy material&nbsp;but not noticeably too sheer. The lightweight plaid gauze cotton popover is from jcrew and is very soft and cool on a hot summer day, shorts DIY&nbsp; cutoffs (Levis), White belt (can't remember) and UGG slip ons.</p> <p>The lightweight silver braid bracelet was just enough bling to make me happy.</p> <p>We're starting up the hottest part of summer&nbsp; here - a slower start than last year at least - but temps are projected to reach 100 in the next few days. Hoping the weatherman is wrong. :-)</p> <p>Bonus pic of tomatoes - we've had a good season but the heat is going to end it soon. At least we do get another chance at a fall crop so I'll be cutting the plants back to see if I can baby them through the heat.</p>
