I like them a lot, makes the leather less biker and more classic.

Janet, the right fit is tricky. I've been lucky so far, more so than with coated jeans.

Vildy, the trousers are by Theory.

If keather is working for you tgese should be great. They have softer rich look compared to black-- sort of " off- black" so may give you some different tonal options.

I never thought about nor saw navy leather pants/trousers. What a genius idea. Loses all that wannabe biker/rocker aura that comes with the black leather (for those of us who are not feeling the biker/rocker vibe). How are you cleaning the black ones you already have? I've washed suede before and I know people here have washed leather bags. Have you washed your trousers? Do you mind saying who makes the navy trousers?

Navy is such a great alternative to black for leather pants. I like the easy fit too. I've already reached for my faux leather jeans more than I expected, so I too have been wondering why I waited so long! (Other than finding the right fit, which was no small feat.) Enjoy!

I'm not big on leather pants, but these look great on you. They are a perfect fit. I am sure the navy will be a beautiful addition, too!

Sounds fabulous! Leather trousers are perfect for cold days, especially with wind because they cut the cold breeze to keep you warm. Navy leather sounds decadent in the best way.

ETA: On a budget, coated denim is a pretty good substitute for leather and even looks a bit like it.

I live in jeans (a total of four pairs), but have been trying over the past months to expand by bottoms capsule. While I'd love to add a pair of black denim bottoms, I find the material of the jeans that I've encountered too thin and far too stretchy. I added a pair of black leather bottoms a few weeks ago and they're more versatile and comfortable than I could've imagined. Wish I'd taken the plunge sooner!

So today, I added a pair of navy leather pull-up trousers, which were happily 70% off the original price. They go well with the gold sneakers that I often wear, and can be dressed up or down.
