I love the colour combination with grey and white.</p> <p>I don't know what fabric your scarf is made of, but if it's a fabric which doesn't unravel, or is not too slippery (such as silk), maybe you could chop a few inches off and re-hem roughly, so that the ends of the scarf don't fall below the hem of your sweater? You could even chop the ends off diagonally, which would visually reduce the bulk at the ends by tapering.
