They are way more comfortable than most "going out" shoes I have. The heel height is usually a deal breaker but these seem good, probably because they are open toe and run a bit wide (my feet would slide forward too much in closed too shoes).</div><div><br /></div><div>The coat was returned. I put it on again and just wasn't feeling it. It would have needed a ton of alterations. I have an alterations benefit with my new Nordy card, but I didn't feel like blowing all of it on this coat, especially since I have winter coats that work well enough already. Wit and Wisdom jeans usually fit me well so I suspect they will be fine in the long run. Most stuff is tight right now.</p> <p>Sweaty Betty top is cute and perfect to come to Greece, if I go. I want to pack very light, so athleisure and quick dry fabrics are on the menu. </p> <p>The Sofft mules I need to evaluate. I don’t know why I ordered them, aside from aesthetics. Stuff like this usually feels fine when I try it on and then is terrible when I actually try to walk on sidewalks. They may be a bit too high for me. So cute though and a comfy choice for many people. I’ll try to carefully test them out more—they could work out. </p> <p>All in all, I think I will return all the coats/jackets and maybe those shoes. Quick update - the orange jacket came in and surprisingly is only a skosh too tight, around the chest and belly (not arms) but I guess I'd expect that of a gear jacket that would mostly be worn over workout clothes. The picture I took is completely un-styled and a terrible angle. Again, apologies. I think I'd prefer slightly shorter sleeves and for the coat to hit where it does in the stock photo. The coat feels nice, but since I know Halogen can be hit-or-miss on quality, I am not sure if it's worth altering.
