In the case of the Halogen cropped flares I received notice of shipping but no tracking. After a week of waiting I finally did an online chat to see if they could find the pants in the shipping process. The nice associate couldn't find anything, assumed they were lost, and credited my account. Items ordered later came in way earlier. Concerned, I contacted customer service. They checked and assured me all was well. No misplaced order, etc.. They apologized and said I would receive my items, even those shown as sold out online, no later than a certain date. And I did.
